Katrin is a merchandising and innovation professional.

She began her career in luxury at Ralph Lauren as part of the Executive Training Program and ultimately as a planner. She then spent over ten years in merchandising at Tiffany & Co., gaining expertise in category management, pricing and analytics, demand planning, and product development. She expanded her experience to include DTC, Amazon and CPG through roles at Shopbop, Casper, and Heyday (an Amazon aggregator and digitally native CPG startup). 

Katrin holds an AB in Economics from Harvard and a G.G. from the Gemological Institute of America.
